About Artist Ian Halliday
Artist Ian Halliday has been an Athens County, Ohio resident for more than 40 years and has lived at his Albany residence with his wife Jennifer since 2010. A passionate hobbyist woodworker and skilled DIY enthusiast since childhood, Ian combines those skillsets with an academic and professional background in computer science, technology, and engineering. He founded Ohio Wood Art LLC in 2023 after being homebound during the COVID pandemic presented him the opportunity to set up shop and hone his woodworking and design skills. Ian is proud to offer complex, creative, and unique designs handcrafted from locally sourced, reclaimed, and exotic wood to those who appreciate elegance, beauty, and quality.
